Non Stop Bashing, Producer Quits Twitter

Twitter is a hostile and unforgiving place for a few individuals. Sadly for popular Bollywood producer, Karan Johar, he is on the upper decker of the list of Indian celebrities who are always in the firing line on Twitter. Ever since Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, there has been a whole lot of negativity on Karan. The boycott batch in Bollywood has been calling for a boycott on all of Karan’s films. And incidentally, most of Karan’s new releases, including Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger have bombed at the box office. Cut to now, Karan has announced that he is leaving Twitter.

Elon Musk's Threat to the “Current Thing” Monoculture

As Glenn Greenwald wrote on Substack:

“...a series of ostensible crises — Russiagate, the 1/6 riot, the COVID pandemic and now this war— have, in rapid succession, convinced not just liberals but increasingly large numbers of Westerners in many ideological camps not only to tolerate but to crave state/corporate censorship.”

That is why some are so aghast at the prospect of Musk making Twitter a haven for dissent. A big vibrant public square on the internet would pose an existential threat to their precious Current Thing monoculture.

Twitter Ordered to Hand Info on 9,000 Audited Accounts Over to Elon Musk

The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, was handed a win on Thursday by a Delaware judge in his attempt to terminate his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter.

Although Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick declared in her four-page ruling that Musk’s demands were “absurdly broad” and would “require Plaintiff to produce trillions upon trillions of data points,” she ordered Twitter to deliver data on over 9,000 accounts to his legal team.

Former Twitter Executive Steps Forward with 'Explosive' Whistleblower Revelations That Could Give Elon Musk the Ammo He Needs

Twitter allegedly has serious security problems that could pose a threat to individual users, company shareholders and even national security.

Behind these claims is whistleblower and former Twitter executive Peiter “Mudge” Zatko, CNN reported.

Zatko was formerly the head of security at Twitter, brought on by Twitter founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey.

After being let go from the company in January, for what Twitter claimed was poor performance, Zatko sent a disclosure to Congress and other federal agencies last month about the state of security at Twitter.

Cringe about Twitter by Twitterites

“Physically cringy watching Elon talk about free speech,” a site reliability engineer who identifies as a nonbinary transgender and plural person wrote.

Twitter "deal" is souring on the vine

Some people "left", and some people will be shown the door

Giving legal counsel to the Twitter higher-ups would seem to be a politically-neutral function, but this does not seem to be the case for this one person.

Brian Stelter LOL oh wait. More LOL. Do you hate free speech?

And Twitter "employees" as well (whatever they actually do there)

From the Daily Wire:

Twitter employees freaked out and one even apparently vowed to quit over the company’s takeover by tech billionaire Elon Musk this week, according to internal Slack messages obtained by The New York Post.

The messages show woke workers inside the San Francisco-based social media company panicked and despondent over the prospect of Musk allowing what he considers free speech to take place on the platform,

Elon Musk has finally managed to buy Twitter. And the moment he did, the enraged Left flipped out.

Abruptly leftists began trashing their favorite electronic communications platform as the domain of the nation’s elite, professional classes. Had they just discovered that they had been racists and privileged users all this time?

And what happened to the Left’s former worship of Musk as the man who revolutionized the clean, green automobile industry with his Tesla electric car company?
